A the recent Budma Fair in Pozna, Edmar presented one of its products. The house was displayed in front of pavilion No. 5.
- Its assembly took us two days, I guess it was the fastest assembled house in Budmas history - boasts Sebastian Pietrzak.
The house displayed at the fair is designated for all-year-round living. Its frame is made of pine timber, and walls from spruce timber, which is specially exported from Scandinavia.

- The timber designated for external and internal elevations comes from Sweden  - says Sebastian Pietrzak. - It is of highest quality. Earlier we purchased timber from Polish highlanders, but its quality varied. As for the timber designated for frames, we buy it in local forest divisions and process it ourselves.
Since its creation, Edmar has built more than 4,000 houses of wood. Their structure is modelled on Scandinavian hoses. Each house has a frame of pine timber with varying thickness, depending on the size and designation of the building. Edmars customers may choose a ready design or can suggest their own.
Edmar manufactures from 80 to 100 houses a year, varying in sizes from 30 m2 to over 100 m2.

The production process takes from 2 to 4 weeks - depending on the house size. All houses are first assembled at the yard near the companys headquarters. There is a woodwork sawmill and production halls, where structural elements are made with edging machines and thickness planers.
- A house with an area of 50 m2 and consisting of three large elements can be assembled by us in one day - claims Sebastian Pietrzak. - Larger and more complex structures take more time, as a rule from two to four days.
